Author Bio
Kathy Schwalbe is an associate professor at Augsburg College in Minneapolis and teaches project management, problem solving for business, systems analysis and design, information systems projects, and electronic commerce. A professional working in the industry for 10 years prior to entering academia in 1991, she is currently an active member of PMI (Project Management Institute). Kathy earned her Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota, her MBA at Northeastern University, and her B.S. in mathematics at the University of Notre Dame.
